Swimmers learn from positive role models of older swimmers and they, in turn, become leaders to those around them. They have an opportunity to lead their team with a positive attitude and good sportsmanship.
In order to succeed to one’s potential, they must believe in the team and learn to be supportive for their teammates.

Swimming is an individual or team sport that requires the use of one's entire body to move through water. Competitive swimming is a popular Olympic sport, with varied distance events in butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, and individual medley.
