Improves self-confidence
Improves teamwork
Builds respect
Building confidence is easy when you have people around you, such as the coach and other players, who reward you for being good at something . Also you have to believe in yourself and have the self-confidence to play your own game rather than your opponent’s when you’re under pressure. Another big benefit that you can get from playing handball is respect not only for authority, but also for team players, or in other words, people who should be viewed as equals to yourself.
